Here is The Very First Frame Noelle Appears In.

She is seen hitchhiking by "The Boys", whereupon Michael O'Keefe describes her and her friend as "heat-seeking bimbos at 3 o'clock!" Of course, they immediately give the girls a lift, while the credits roll!
Below is every single frame in which she appears in this film:

Noelle is the one on the left, covering her face. The ladies are waving goodbye, and Noelle gives Paul Rodriguez a goodbye kiss. No detail is too small for "The Whoopee Boys": look closely at the windshield, and count the number of parking citations on the windshield: they weren't there in the shot before this one! We can therefore conclude two things: the boys and girls have spent a passionate week together, oblivious to the outside world; and the editors spent a weekend cutting much of Noelle's role out of this movie! (Most movies overshoot, but I'd say this one REALLY overshot! There's a hilarious aura of incompleteness throughout this film.)
By the way, the other hitchhiker's name is Terry Fiorentino, who makes her only screen appearance here. (I don't think this was Noelle's big break either!)
